From Writing Software to Hacking Hardware

The future of computation has to be more about hacking the hardware to do what you want, rather than writing software to tell another software to tell another software…to tell the hardware what to do. 

Software is always a complication, we simply want the hardware to do a specific thing. If we could do it without any software at all, then we would do it that way. If we can agree with that point, then we have to agree that the less there is code, the less there is abstraction away from the cut and dry world of electronics, the more efficient.
