Modern Micro Kernel
A proposal to compile only the library and kernel functions an application actually needs.
The compiler should compile our app, and all its needed parts directly in to the app. So the libraries and OS kernels, should all be cherry picked and only the utilized functions inserted in to the app in machine codes.
